In addition to the front and back sides mentioned above, and the frequency of replacement, you need to pay attention to wearing masks:
Wash your hands before wearing a mask, try to avoid touching the inside of the mask with your hands;
Don’t wear wrong, positive and negative, and don’t take turns on both sides;
The metal strip should be compressed as much as possible to ensure the tightness of the mask to the mouth and nose;
When the mask is not in use, clean your hands before taking them off, fold the side that touches the mouth and nose inwards, and store it in a clean, dry place away from any possible contamination (such as a clean ziplock bag).
In addition to the four masks mentioned above, there are cotton masks, paper masks, activated carbon masks, sponge masks (very hot star masks) on the market, but they are less dense and generally free of bacteria, etc. Requirements for microbial filtration efficiency / no filter layer, can not effectively block bacteria and viruses.
However, if you can’t buy a surgical mask/KN95 mask, put it on your hand first, which is better than not wearing any mask.
